"WOW on all points of service!"

"Clean, comfortable & spacious room. Friendly front desk staff. Parking was easy. We don’t eat breakfast there but the breakfast room looked nice. Only complaint: air conditioning/heating unit was noisy and didn’t seem to have much temp control - was either very hot air or cold."

"I had to ask for house keeping after 3 days. They took the garbage out and replaced towels. They did not make the bed or change linen. Very disappointing."

"If you are a parent of autistic children this is not the hotel for you. You can hear everything from the room upstairs which I had no issue with because I don’t complain since I know what it’s like but the manager came to my room and instead of politely asking me what was going on or if she can help me in any way or relocate me if it was needed but she did not do that instead her tone was cold and very dismissive. It’s understandable that noises bother people but I cannot do anything with my children that are both on the spectrum hence why parents of disabled children don’t go out much because of people who are unaware of this life. I would say if you do stay maybe make it aware to them but in my opinion I shouldn’t have to tell you my life story to be treated fairly. Also, there was a few comments made by housekeepers and the manager as well spoke about the screaming. Almost like the whole hotel had a chat about us.. I would say it is very much clean and the food in the cupboard is reasonable price. I had no issue with anything other than the staff unfortunately."

"I reserved for a couple nights - would’ve liked to know there would also be a robotics convention at the same time and zero quiet - people running through the halls all hours and even knocking on my walls and door accidentally thinking it was their friends room /// horrible experience!! 50 people at a time in both the “free breakfast” and the pool/ spa - definitely didn’t eat no where to sit crowded and extremely loud from 6am - overall- staff was nice - I wish I stayed somewhere else also charged one extra person on my second night went to correct but again toooooo many people "
