"The room was older, light fixtures and vents in bathroom were rusty, bedroom rug was worn through in some spots. Found a hair that was def not ours in the bathroom (ick), Staff was friendly and even though they don’t have room service they brought us wine glasses that we requested."

"The club room is located in the lobby and not on the club room floor which is in convenient. The club room did not have breakfast, lunch or evening light bites or happy hour so it is not worth the extra price."

"We had an amazing stay at the Marriott in New York. The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the 9/11 Memorial, and there were so many incredible restaurants nearby that we never ran out of great places to eat.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in New...
