Room was perfect!! Totally soundproof as well considering my three year old isn’t exactly quiet lol. Would definitely stay here again.! Front desk staff was wonderful, super nice, and great attitudes!

Went for WWE event and the staff here was great. Very nice. Hallways were clean and the dinning options literally are in the parking lot. Great place to stay!

The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! I have a very hard time sleeping in hotels normally, but not at your hotel! Staff was friendly we had a great stay thank you! Will be using Candlewood again in the future

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location for the work assignment I had in Springfield. Surprised that I had to pay for breakfast. The last Candlewood had complimentary breakfast, but I still really enjoyed the stay.

A good stay for a week

Room was great, functional. On site food is always a plus (which you don’t have) but kitchen-equipped room off-sets that. Fitness room pretty good. Laundry facilities great. Room keys a disaster. At least 1-2 trips daily to get room keys reset. I carried two at all times because one was often dysfunctional.

My husband is in a wheelchair. Everything was perfect, the width of the doorways, the roll in shower, the size of the room. We were impressed also with the size of the kitchinette, the refrigerator and was surprised by the stove top, dishwasher, silverware and pots and pans. We literally had everything we needed and more. We could not have been more pleased

Customer service was top tier. Clerk stated that they dont normally rent to locals due problems in the past. But took care of me and my family due to extreme temperature that caused my family to have no heat and no water due to busted pipes. My family and I were so thankful.
