The hotel has recently been remodeled, and the room was clean and everything looked brand new. The room has nice decor, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The staff was the best part of my stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. It was absolutely worth it.

Wish they had water that was not bottled but filtered for guest to have. Bathrooms need some were to put towels so they are not just sitting on back of toilet a shelf with towel rack would be great. The room was fantastic, clean, new decorations and nice tv. People were really kind and helpful. Great stay good price.

I thought the rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price. Very much liked the size of the TV in the room. Front staff is courteous. Overall, the hotel seemed recently remodeled and did a nice job. Needs more uncomfortable furniture in the front lounge area.

The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We had a problem with the ac let the office know and they fixed it right away . Quiet and peaceful very pretty and safe area to stay.

The room and facilities were clean. One of the rooms didn't have any hygeine supplies and one's toilet wouldn't flush, but they were overall nice rooms.

Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery. All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.

Room was clean. However the bathroom and hallways are all drop ceiling. Tiles out of place and disheveled. Breakfast was standard fare but waffles are good. At 1 am in the morning I had to go to the front desk because the room above me was playing music loudly and sounded like children running up and down the room. And every few minutes it sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor. Front desk said they would call and check on it. Wasn't until 2 until they got quit and I could sleep.

My check-in experience was average. The staff member asked me if I was OK with a room upstairs. I agreed, only to find out she literally meant up stairs. This 2 floor rehabbed hotel had no elevator! I am mildly handicapped by a bad back and stairs for me are a no-no! The hotel is sparsely, and modernly furnished in beautiful soothing colors. Great beds, uncomfortable rain sofa bed when trying to use it as a sofa. It is spotless! The breakfast was minimal, the usual rubbery scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurts and cereal. Coffee available 24 hours. I’m a boomer, with some hearing loss no doubt but the front desk staff was very soft spoken, perhaps new, an improvement would be to have them wear a Clarion Pointe polo rather than ubiquitous jeans and peasant shirt. All in all a great stay for the price given the price of the competition in this market.

The room was the clean and the breakfast delicious. The pool was suppose to 6ft deep. I am 5'8" and the water level was shorter than I am. Also, I wish that the pool had lights inside the water area of the pool. Other than that, it was a maintained pool.

I had stayed here two weeks and absolutely loved this place but this day was not very good… I stayed on the first floor and I smelled cigarette smoke when I walked past some of the rooms and I noticed that there was an air freshener plugged into the hallway. I got into my room and opened the door and immediately realized there was a plug-in air freshener in the outlet. I am very, very, very allergic to fragrance chemicals and air freshener so I was very disappointed when I walked in and that was in the room. It was not in his the room that I stayed in a couple of weeks ago and from my understanding, this was a fragrance free hotel. I unplugged the air freshener and just placed it out in the hallway and luckily I was able to open the windows in the room, but I don’t understand why they had the air freshener in there when this is supposed to be a fragrance free hotel. I intentionally look for fragrance free hotels because I am very allergic to chemicals and fragrances like this make me very sick so I woke up this morning with a very swollen face and swollen glands under my throat and a headache and honestly just feeling terrible and I coughed most of the night. It was not a fun

The hotel was clearly remodeled recently so it looked and felt clean and new. The TV didn't have a signal and the front desk got that resolved immediately. I don't know that anything could have been done better.
