"Our stay here was terrible. Starting with the check in, the lobby was hot and the hotel did not look like it was kept up with. Once we got our keys and arrived at our room we noticed how out dated it was. Not only that but we found several roaches. We complained to the front lobby and were told we could switch rooms. Once we arrived at our new room we noticed it was not cleaned and even had clothing items on the floor and the items in it (cups, bathroom, sheets) were used and out of place. We immediately went back to the front desk and requested a refund. We didn’t stay longer than a day and had to find a new place. The only thing that was okay about this hotel was the front desk ladies as they both were kind and understanding about our situation. Probably because this is something they experience often. I would stay away from this hotel unless you’re okay with sleeping in an old and filthy room. "

"Bedding and bed were clean and comfortable. But room is very sparse; no kettle or coffee maker. Window coverings barely cover the full window. Shower drains slowly. No where to put shampoo or soap except for the floor. Security latch on the exterior door was broken. Breakfast was minimal too. But the location was good and staff was very nice. "

"Very clean, beds were comfortable pool was closed, receptionist told us the airport shuttle didn't run before 7am. When we were leaving at 5:15 am there was a shuttle with a driver waiting for people to come down at 5:15am. "
