"PHENOMENAL staff and great breakfast (totally worth the $20/day extra). Hit or miss rooms (no exhaust in the bathrooms and the humidity- warped doors and paint show it). The TV was also hit or miss depending on the weather (we had some thunderstorms and I lost signal to most of the channels for half the night). The indoor pool was ok…small and the smell of chlorine is assaulting when you get to the 3rd floor."

"I love the boutique charm of the hotel and my room. Staff was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like is the soap they used. Visitors to my room noticed a funky smell which we traced to the moss soap. Suggest they find another base for the soap."
