"Never saw anyone at the front desk until we checked out. The breakfast was very basic. The room was ok. The bathroom was basic. Overall not a terrible experience and suited our needs but could have been cleaner and more “comforts” or conveniences."

"Staff is amazing! Expedia sold me an accesible room that was not actually available, the staff did their best to address my need. Hot breakfast is wonderful. Closeness to Ball State, stores and restaurants is convenient. Hotel was a Holiday Inn Express but is in process of changing. It’s an older hotel but again the staff are doing everything possible to give the customer the best experience possible. I had called a couple days ahead to confirm fragrances/plugins aren’t hidden in the rooms. I was assured they weren’t. Regarding the accesible room, I now know to call ahead to check my booking or book directly w/ the hotel to make sure I’m getting the room I need."
