"Good stay.. TVs are dated and need an upgrade as well as the A/C units.. also there needs to be better USB ports for charging phones.. the ones in the room I was in were pathetic."

"Bar staff were friendly and had excellent customer service. Teeko ( short guy with beard) was fantastic. All staff in the facility were helpful. The rooms , whilst renovated are a bit small and dated. Breakfast buffet lovely"

"I arrived in the morning from an overnight flight and was happy they let me check in early. The shuttle bus running every 15 min was much appreciated. All the staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. The only complaint I have is there was no heat in the room. I complained about and someone did check out the heater and said it was working fine. I left in on for a long time and at no point could I feel heat coming from the heater."

"The bedding was clean and well-presented, which is always appreciated. However, a few noticeable stains on the carpet near the doorway detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. With some attention to this detail, the overall experience would have been much more positive.The housekeeping phone service was not functioning from the room, which meant I had to go downstairs to reception to request additional towels, as well as an ironing board and iron. "Shuttle from airport was every half hour & driver nice - our beds were wrong but they were quickly corrected & all was ok. Good buffet for breakfast & dinner. Pool too cold for kids. Hotel was attractive & pleasant"

"Room had the shower in the main room. Beds were small twin beds. There was a large clump of black hair by the sink. I have brown hair and my wife had red. We used the Resteraunt and clearly stated my wife had a severe allergy to onions. She ordered a hamburger that came with onions. They said they would cook another. It did not come with onions but she took 2 bites and started to get sick. She went to the room and threw up. She felt better. Service was way slow and not attentive at all. Overall...
