"An exposed wire on the electrical cord for the in house coffee making machine was not noticed by cleaning staff but we saw it immediately when wanting to make a coffee, but luckily, the whole coffee making machine was quickly replaced by management.
The toilet seat was misaligned to almost being broken in the Peacock suite.
The bathroom shower leaked at the door with water making both the bathrooms floor mat sodden, and also a potential slip on the wet tiles."

"Friendly helpful front of house staff greeted us on arrival and helped us out with parking and booking our dinner reservations at Bloody Mary's.
Our room was warm and our beds were wonderfully comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing. A great place to stay, so handy to the city centre."
