"We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice place this was . Spacious ,good location and nicely styled . Walk to nice eateries and Woolworth . Even had biscuits with the tea and coffee big plus 😉 very nice outdoor table and chairs big bonus . Excellent value and highly recommended AAA+++"

"Shower head in our room was half blocked and spraying everywhere, told reception and the onsite plumber came to fix straight away. Great rooms, not the easiest to get to from public transport bus that's for sure but not too bad location wise. Not much in the area really but close to the Ferry terminal. Still happy with our stay!"

"The customer service was great. It was busy due to Ricky Martin concert. Breakfast was yummy & had gluten free options. Pool was a perfect temperature. Rooms very clean. It would have been good to know they had there private bus take to & from the concert. Though overall I would stay there again, it was quieter then I expected, as it’s near a main road. "

"Fantastic rooms in a prime location. A 14 minute walk from central station and a beautiful hotel front! 24 hour reception takes a lot of stress out of things, and the staff service was wonderful - I was served by Rebekah and felt welcomed immediately. The rooms have everything you need - i’ve paid for more expensive rooms that didn’t have usb charging ports, this one had two and plenty of other charging ports, including shaving ones in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was squeaky...
