One of the pillows had dried blood on it. Phone did not work, no batteries in the remote, AC smelled musty and gross when the air was turned on. We left immediately after checking in. "

Also, the coffee machine is tucked away in a very dark cabinet. It’s all black on black and no overhead area lights. Not user friendly at all. "
