The rooms are built into the side of the hill, with wooden doors and windows openingnupmon the view - so tjink more like a challet (or lodge!) than fancynjotel room. You will need your mosquito repellant. The staff are really lovely and can't do enough for you, helping to make plans for hikes, arranging transport, doing any washing you have- they are really spot on. "Our 7 days at DCanal were lovely, it’s very peaceful, tucked away in the back streets. The free tuk tuk service to the town was very helpful. The pool, the staff, and the beaches nearby were a wonderful place to unplug. "

"Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! De accommodatie was netjes, schoon en groot genoeg voor een gezin. Ook de locatie was ideaal – rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en stond altijd klaar voor vragen of tips. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Kortom: een plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en zeker nog eens zouden terugkomen. Van harte aanbevolen!"
