"We loved the pool but it was very chlorinated the kids couldn’t last more than 30-45 minutes before having a big cough attack so that was unfortunate. Even sitting on the side of the pool my eyes and throat were burning. The body wash dispenser was empty in our room but we only noticed when we went to take a shower one night. "

"Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter."

"The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. "Carpets in room weren’t the best. There for 3 nights and room service never stepped foot in to clean up garbage or replace coffee we used. Noise in hallways at 2:30 in the morning. Good location but wasn’t one of our better stays."

"The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay"
