"The owner claimed Expedia double booked us so we turned up to stay in the evening and WE HAD NO ACCOMMODATION. We’ve paid for accommodation which we COULD NIT STAY IN - SCAM."

"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"My room was clean and spacious with a small well equipped kitchen space. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The location was perfect with easy access to both the Piccadilly line to get to King’s Cross and the District line to get to Kew Gardens. We walked to Hyde park after dinner closeby. I will definitely stay here again."

Only downside was there was no lift… everything else was awesome.
