"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly.
A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button.
The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out.
Overall is satisfactory!

"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"Very clean. Wonderful staff. Amazing work space. Great location that’s super close to the city airport and then so close to getting to other areas in London with the Jubilee line super close. Also good free coffee. I’ll absolutely stay again. "

"The hotel is in a very accommodating area and very safe and very pretty area south Kensington Gloucester area. It is one block away from the tube at close station which brings you to all the different areas that she wants. Also close to has restaurants to eat also which is very convenient.
There is also the museum around the corner from the hotel and if you walk another full block, which is long you get to South Kensington, where there is a lot of places to eat.
