"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. "Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station! The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable. Two points of improvement 1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. 2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered. Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again."

"It was OK but not great. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. Kitchen was functional, although not having a coffee maker was a significant downer. Washer worked however had talk to the office staff to get a drying rack, there is no dryer. The biggest issue was the filthy carpets in bedroom and hall. These should be replaced with vinyl flooring.
