"The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. "Fabulous property and location - honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The property is just steps away from the pedestrian zone - less than 1 block on way and 1 ½ blocks the other. Communication with the host was flawless (there is no in-site staff). "NO AC !!
The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. I was told they were “working on it,” but I didn’t receive any further updates during my stay about whether it had been fixed.
