"The room itself was a four out of five. Onsite parking, and not too expensive. Nice room. Nice enough lobby and hall. Checkin left a lot to be desired. No explanation of anything hotel or area regarded. Still unsure why they require a bank card when the minibar is non existent, and room service is pre-paid. "I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised. The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced.
