Very good beds & linens! Excellent location to walk around the historic district. But we paid dearly for booking early & rates were much lower later. Expedia wouldn’t change our rate or credit my account at all. I would definitely book again because of the location & great beds. Parking onsite is extra but important to have. Cafe next door is great for breakfast!

The location was great and the staff were wonderful. We stayed in room 111 and it was very clean. The problem was the extreme noise from the restaurant in the back. I have never had to listen to such noise till 1am through the wall. We could hear everything that was being discuss by the staff. I would not recommend staying in that room again.

Considering this hotel is in the heart of the historic district, it was overpriced and our room had ants in bathroom and a large roach crawling on the floor. Bed was comfortable and the rain shower head was a nice feature. All in all an ok stay if it weren't for the bugs.

Parking is rough and there a few random things around the property. Like 2 old air conditioners right by the fountain. There was a big laundry bin outside our room the whole 3 days we were there. Besides that, we do love the place. Great location

Very nice front staff. Rooms are very small, but fine for a short stay with just the two of us. Location can’t be beat!! Rooms have a coffee maker and fridge, as well as a microwave.
