Everything was really good overall , the tub however jetted out old material I don't think the filters where cleaned too well ... And the door to the room wasn't sealed correctly so wind was coming into the room , my only real complaint was the breakfast was pretty lack luster in options HOWEVER it was was a great over all experience, the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs , I would recommend for a quick relaxing vacation 4/5 stars , I would support this local business .

Well. Next time I look at reviews of a property I will go much deeper than the first ten. It’s like this was an abandoned building project turned into 10 bedrooms. The smell of cleaning chemicals is overwhelming on entry by keypad sent after you upload your license. Pool is a plunge pool. Sandy beach is a mile down the road. The common area is uncommonly uncomfortable. AC is controlled remotely despite instructions telling you to set at your desired temperature. Over a 15 hour period the temperature did not go belie 70. The humidity was 60 and windows did not open. This is room 8.other guests stated same. Sink faucet is 2 feet above sink that has no space to put any toiletries down. Property is unattended. Texting is communication. Find another place to enjoy the Atlantic side.

I travel a lot and book a lot of hotels. This is one of the finest I’ve stayed in. Came for 2 nights, stayed for 5. Great staff, beautiful rooms, excellent location, great grounds and overall a top quality hotel.

The room was very small, and not well suited for 4 travelers. The walls are VERY thin we could hear our neighbors talking and snoring. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Rooms clean beautiful setting. The staff could not have been any nicer. Recommended where to eat both places were great and reasonable. The staff could not have been nicer. We left our c-pack machine. They contacted us before we realize that we left it there. Great place!!!

The rooms were a lot smaller than the picture provided the windows are filthy. The elevator wasn’t working. The pool looked like a Jacuzzi the breakfast was mediocre and the fire alarm went off at 2 AM when it was the coldest weather of 28° everybody had to evacuate the building. We never got any update of what happened or any apologies of what happened. This is not how I expected my weekend to go will not be back.

Everything was nice except the hot water issue, which they told us about ahead of time and we chose to stay anyway and we were glad we did. They took care of us and offered solutions and we were happy. We will be staying there again and my daughter and husband are planning a stay there as well….

Beautiful room with exquisite decor. The entire place had Japanese furniture, paintings and Geisha figurines. The room was clean, with fresh sheets and beautiful colors. Red pillows cases and a big red bow on the bed (made with the blanket) were the welcoming party. I liked that a code for the room and the entrance door were sent prior to our arrival. The staff were great and friendly. Beautiful scenery, nice and comfy hotel.

Very nice, let us check in early. Clean European boutique style hotel. The shower was great pressure, the bed, linens, and pillows were comfortable and cozy. Nice little breakfast with everything bagels and cream cheese, good coffee. It’s an old building so there is some noise but not bad. I loved the quaintness of it. I would definitely go back. AND- the best seafood restaurant is right next door- Commander’s, the best oysters we have ever had!!
