Our stay was perfect in San Agustín and as for the resort the location was very good and the apartment was clean, the beds comfortable but needs minor maintenance, the towel rack was broken, the heater door fell and other small details, otherwise everything was fine.

Stayed here for a week with my family and we had a great time. Great location and all of the amenities we needed. Only thing missing was beach chairs but we made do.

This property is nicely designed and close to the ocean. We stayed on 3rd floor with wonderful views. Parking was convenient and online staff were very responsive to text messages. Pool and hot tub were very clean and had easy access. Highly recommend this place.

Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Car alarms went off in the middle of the night. Our door code was changed in the middle of the trip with no heads up. Long hike to the beach with very narrow trails and no room for passing other people on the trail. The room was clean enough, but old and outdated. No security gate entering the property. No signs to direct you to the correct building your condo was in. Outside property area is severely neglected. Stray cats hanging out everywhere.

El departamento que nos Asignaron 'NO TENIA NADA EN COMPARACIÓN CON LAS FITOS DELA PROPAGANDA"Estaba Desde la cocina refrigerador y otras cosas con cucarachas y los baños se notaba que no han sido lavados por mucho tiempo. ES UNA PENA PORQUE ESTA UBICADO CON BUEN ACCESO A LA PLAYA Y UBICADO SERCA DE MUCHOS BUENOS LUGARES Y RESTAURANTES. Ya anteriormente nos habíamos llevado una decepción porqué la plomeria no fincionaba bien, pero esta segunda vez Me deje llevar por la propaganda y crei que seria una mejor experiencia. El PERSONAL ES COMPLETAMENTE INEXISTENTE Y LOS POCOS QUE VI ERAN RUIDOSOS Y NISIQUIERA CONTASTARON UN 'BUENAS TARDES" EL HOMBRE DE OJOS AZULES"! En fin Deverian de prestar mas Atencion a la LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADO DE SUS INSTALACIONES ES UNA LASTIMA VERDADWRAMENTE. No dare una estrella por el simple hecho que 'No pasamos dentro de la unidad" ... Overall the stay was nice great view and walk to the beach but it was some thing so noticed around the resort that really needs some fixing and updating also in the room as well. The hot was didn’t stay hot long the hot tub was trash.

We were bummed to find the heated pool was not working, without any communication from the property. The 3 flights of stairs to walk with kids and groceries is no joke. Our room was absolutely spotless. The layout was great for a multi generation trip. The clubhouse is not worth any added amenity, it smells very musty. We would surely stay again.

There were two nice balconies off the condo. Comfortable seating and beds. Property needs a thorough cleaning though. One of the glass doors doesn’t close properly so it doesn’t lock. All in all it was an average stay.

Great beach location. Note: no elevator so must haul luggage up stairs….we were on the 3rd floor. No instructions for how to operate TV. Overall, quiet and nice place to stay….would stay here again.

Bday get away!

The room was absolutely amazing! Loved how big all the rooms were everything was so clean! the beds were super comfy. The big tub in the king bed room was so nice, just wish the jets worked. Loved are stay cant wait to stay again. 10 out of 10!

The property advertise that it was Ocean view, which is a partial view. The pictures do no justice. The property was not as clean as it should’ve been there’s false information giving and you it’s hard to communicate with anyone for the hibiscus. The manager never contacted me back after I called three times and talked to somebody and then on top of that found bugs in my room which I did take pictures of the property smelled awful. It was decent for the price but well, not worth to stay or to be advertised as an ocean view from your room

Will NOT be back

Out of the four TVs in our suite only one actually had cable. One did not have a remote, one only got one channel and one only local stations. The microwave was unusable. It would trip the entire condos electric when it was used. Were not provided with enough toilet paper or trash bags for a week. This is a huge oversight and since there is no office, there’s no way to go ask for more. Should not have had to take time away from my vacation to go buy TP and garbage bags. Couch cushions were heavily stained. No black out curtains or any curtains on any of the windows. Abysmal help finding the unit. The grounds very dilapidated and finding the room was near impossible. Signs showing only bottom floor numbers but not 2nd or 3rd. Took 20min to find where we were staying. The walk to the beach is LONG and winds around three pools, a hot tub, a falling apart wooden path (broken boards, popped nails, etc)

I304 unit was clean but air conditioning did not work. Reported it but nothing changed. Beach was quiet and peaceful highlight of the stay.

The property is a great location. Close to the beach. Only negative I have to share is some amenities not available/working, and poor communication after the fact. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
