Very clean & comfortable room with everything you need. There is a good size dorm fridge, microwave & honestly don’t remember if there was a coffee maker. The rooms have been pretty recently updated & for the money is fabulous. I really enjoy the location just across the street from the St John Pier on A1A.

Quiet, close yo beach and clean. Staff is wonderful & friendly Rooms are a little run down, and bathrooms have gaps between the wall and shower and paint peeling off walls. I would still sssy again for the price and location.

Room needs updating and a good cleaning. The bed was ok. The water dribbled out of the sink and the shower wasn’t much better. The location was great. It was right across from the beach. But definitely not worth the price.

This room was perfect for a one night stay so I could attend a concert at the nearby St. Augustine Ampitheatre. In the morning, I walked across the road to the ocean! The room was basic but clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful in giving directions.

This is a good basic hotel near the beach. We had a nice meal at the Salt Life fish shack next door, then went to a concert at the amphitheater. Very convenient for a beach trip or concert trip.
