"Large room with comfortable bed. However the bathroom was across the landing which I hadn’t realised when I booked. Breakfast was lovely, cooked to order. Although in a very convenient location to St Austell town centre which was within walking distance, this property has a very narrow driveway with stone walls either side. Again I hadn’t realised when I booked but it is something quests need to be aware of."
