"Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!"

"The Manor is well kept. The breakfast was nice, there was cereal, bread, bagels, croissants, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, coffee, tea, juices. Served in a cozy kitchen that sat 13 people..a great opportunity to meet people and chat. There was always someone there on staff to ensure the breakfast was was stocked and answer questions. We met Brenda (owner) and had a great chat. (Fellow hockey parents😊) Our room was the Twillingate on the 3rd floor (lots of steps)...

"Check in staff were great and allowed us to check in early which was great, however the staff and service at the restaurant was just terrible overall, so I’ll leave it at that. Overall the hotel is showing its age and is obviously due for an upgrade/ refresh. Definitely not up to “Sheraton” standards that’s for sure. It’s definitely not the same Hotel Newfoundland it used to be that’s for sure."

"Super friendly staff and well located to use the local Metrobus system. Pub food is ok for a couple of days but we really missed our daily veggies and fruits so we just went to other restaurants close by. The room cleaning staff forgot to change our wet towels 2 or 3 times but we could easily resolve this directly with the receptionist. Thanks again for everything."

"Modern facility - very clean, in good repair with friendly staff. The restaurant on site was great. Rooms were huge, comfortable and really well maintained. Very quiet, no noises from the hallway or the airport in our room."

"Rooms clean, floors were a little sticky in washroom? Parking great. The breakfast area furniture needs replacing desperately, either chairs with stains or faux leather peeling. Breakfast itself was okay."

"My room was not ready past 4:00. I didn't get my room till 4:15 the restaurant Jacks was horrible horrible service they have you standing at the door for a long time no smiling very robotic and the food was not great at Jack's sorry I don't like to give bad reviews but I don't think your stuff's very friendly maybe smiling a little bit more might help"

"They accommodated us at the last minute. Despite the hotel being full and the evening front staff being run off her feet, she was unfailingly cheerful with everyone. Very professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent."
