Top St. Charles Hotel Reviews
Centerstone Plaza Hotel Soldiers Field - Mayo Clinic Area
10/10 Excellent
"I was skeptical when I first booked because the cost was so reasonable. I read all the reviews and they all said it was clean and that was my top priority. We liked our room and the free shuttle saved us a ton of money on parking. We were able to add additional nights when we needed too and the staff worked to make it easy. I have already booked this hotel for an incoming trip to Mayo. The restaurant was good, the breakfast mediocre (like every hotel free breakfast is now) and staff was friendly. Plan on bringing my suit to sit in the hot tub next time. Would recommend obviously as I rebooked myself."
Hampton Inn Rochester-South
8/10 Good
"The room we originally got had a malfunctioning AC unit so they moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the building must be older as we clearly heard people walking in the room above us. and the design of the bathroom door meant it hit the room door if it were in a particular position. Also, the water in the bathroom came out slowly. Breakfast was good, and so was the soup supper offered Sunday thru Thursday."
Kahler Inn and Suites - Mayo Clinic Area
10/10 Excellent
"I use this hotel when I have appointments at Mayo. It is so convenient with the subway level. Everything is connected. Hotel room is nice. Parking is a little hard. We use their parking lot and pay the $15. The complimentary breakfast has a great variety of items to choose from."
