"We were very skeptical on this place. The rate was very low, but we were worried what we were getting. We actually were very surprised. The check in was smooth. The room was not extravagant, but what should we expect for $60? We were even more concerned when there were a group of guys with their table outside of their room on the sidewalk drinking and playing cards right beside our room. "I was greeted and checked in quickly. I was allowed a room that had no stairs to access b cause I walk with a cane. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. It took me a while to figure out the tv controller as half of the buttons were not working. Tv reception was not very clear with green “snow” on every channel. Unfortunately the roofing was being replaced so it was noisy from 7:3am till 8pm my second night. All else was great ! I will stay again. "

"The property was quaint & charming. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. They immediately fixed the problem with the lights, so my only complaint was that they really needed to wash the floor. Otherwise, if I was ever going that way again, I would definitely stay there. "

"Great price for this hotel! Staff was friendly with easy check in and check out. Breakfast was basic but still good from 6-9. Everything was unplugged when we got to our room but once plugged in eveybit one lamp worked. There was a different smell to the room but it could have been the cleaning products used. Overall pretty good stay for the weekend. "
