"There is an app for 'checking in' however the app didn't work. There is also no link provided through a&o/expedia to download the app, which would have been helpful. I msgd the property through Expedia about the app not working for check in and received no reply. After calling a help centre for a&o the man told me the hotel had a 24/7 reception.
When we got there (bearing in mind it's 35c+) there was no one at reception (which was like an oven) and we had to get other guests to let us in. There...
