"The location of this hotel and view of the Foyle and Peace Bridge are second to none. The hotel is clearly in a state of transition with DoubleTree taking over, and renovations of the lobby happening. Many aspects of the hotel truly need the renovation; rooms, beds, bathrooms, the pool/hot-tub (which clearly has not been working in a very long time), to list a few.
