"Room had been renovated but still appeared a little dated (as did most of the hotel). Lovely staff and very clean room/property. Room service is not currently available due to the ongoing reno despite this being advertised within the room. Noisy on Saturday night"

"Fabulous stay just for one night - lovely Hotel made very welcome when I arrived. Very well maintained and very comfortable and spacious room. Great location for the railway station. One of the best Hotel’s I have stayed in - and dog friendly. Will certainly return nothing not to like."

"The rooms were very hot, the windows were open but still didn’t help with ventilation. The heating system seemed to be on as the pipes were hot. It was very uncomfortable in the room. We eventually asked the front desk for a fan, which they gave us off the front desk. The picture of the bedroom they sent with my receipt, was definitely not the room were given. The beds were smaller. Killin is a lovely town and we enjoyed our time there, just a little disappointed with accommodation"
