"Upon arrival, the first room assigned to me was not properly cleaned. There was uneaten food, open beverage containers, bottles and cans, dirty socks on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and debris throughout the room. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, I requested to be moved.
Unfortunately, the second room presented additional issues. There were no towels available, and throughout my stay it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain basic amenities despite multiple requests. For the first two days of my stay, my room was not serviced at all by housekeeping. In addition, the bathroom experienced a flood, creating further inconvenience and concern. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit malfunctioned, impacting the comfort of my stay."
