"The staff were great and everything was very convenient and service excellent. However, the people that were staying across the hall from me were awful. Yelling and screaming starting at 430am which of course woke me up. The staff were trying to manage it, however they were not able to, and I could hear the occupant of the room destroying the room when I was returning from breakfast. He also threatened me because he identified me as the person that called the desk to report the noise...

"Overall the property was alright. The Expedia rating wasn’t super helpful. Location isn’t the best. The industrial part isn’t something I’d recommend. Lots of parking which is nice though. The room was really clean which was amazing but the halls and elevators weren’t the cleanest. It was super packed the weekend we were there and felt like we were intruding on some type of event or family reunion. It felt like we shouldn’t be there which I would have appreciated if that had been clarified that...

"We decided not to stay after arriving because I was traveling with my daughters and wasn’t comfortable with the environment around the property. There were several people gathered around the bus stop in front of the hotel, and there was noticeable activity outside that made me feel this wasn’t the right fit for my family. The staff were courteous and professional, and my decision was based on my family’s comfort level rather than the service we received."

"The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it...

"Das Hotel mag sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen sein und somit macht es einen eingestaubten Eindruck (abgewetzte Teppiche), aber unser Zimmer war groß, hatte ein großes, renoviertes Badezimmer und wurde stets sauber gehalten. 2 große, bequeme Queen-sized Betten, Kaffeemaschine mit Capsules, die jeden Tag nachgefüllt wurden. Das Hotel liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr gut: direkt an der Trans-Canada Highway (jedoch kaum hörbar) und an mehreren großen Zufahrtstraßen in die Stadt."
