"The room was nice. Breakfast was okay. Staff seemed polite enough. Most of my disappointment comes from the pool/whirlpool area. The entire left side of the pool/whirlpool area was walled off with webs of caution tape. And the pool water itself was cloudy and uninviting. There was garbage, used cups, shaker bottles littering the room but I was the only one in it. The whole vibe of it felt "Unsafe" I will be honest I'd probably never stay at this hotel again. I wonder if one of the others...

"First room we were assigned stank of fish, second room was moldy, third room was fine. All of the bed Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. The pleather upholstery was missing from the in room chair. Hallways and main areas were dirty. Staff was helpful in with the unacceptable room situation. Next trip we will stay in a different hotel. There were many other hotel options in the area and good restaurant options nearby."

"Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. "The only good thing about our stay is that we survived the week. It was an experience I would not like to repeat. When we arrived and went to our room, we had been traveling all day and were exhausted, so we didn’t notice all the things that were awful in the room. The next morning, however, we noted the chair and one of the bedside tables in our bedroom had been covered in vomit and poorly cleaned. I ended up scrubbing both. "Only complaint would be no ice machine. Our stay was very comfortable and reasonably priced. I would stay here again."

"Location itself needs major updating, bathroom was "clean" but certainly could be cleaner. The room was spacious for what was paid. Needed a Ice bending machine but none of the 2 in the property worked and it looked that they had not worked for a long time. Breakfast was included and it was what you would expect, decent. Parking on site was good. Staff was friendly."
