"I did not stay here! I pulled up and there were all kinds of people wandering around the dimly lit parking lot. At the front desk things seem possibly okay but The WHOLE PLACE REEKED OF DOGGY FECAL MATTER AND URINE! I didn't notice it at first until I was let in after getting my key. As soon as that door leaving the fro t desk opens it just hits you!! Still trying to be opwn minded I headed up stair to see my room. The exterior of the door to the room was dirty with black smudge marks all over...

"The property is old, but it can still be cleaned better than they do. The walls in the room looked like someone either spit on the walls or threw stuff at the walls. There was no iron, hair dryer, or other amenities. The door was hard to open to get in the room; the door had been kicked in or something so that pot a metal piece there instead of fixing the door frame. E asked for help when we couldn’t get in the room, and the staff act as if they didn’t speak English enough to help. It was better...

"Had to be at airport at 3:30am, so I didn’t have breakfast. But the room was very spacious, clean, and even had a couple bottles of water. The bed was sooo comfortable, and also the pillows. But that’s if you like soft, squishy pillows, and soft bed. Would recommend staying there, over the Hyatt, which I stayed at last time."

"This hotel is really very nice, clean, safe with excellent breakfast and staff. There are alot of security features in place. Covered parking is a necessity with a fee. Pay it and dont complain. Key card access only. We were going to an event on UT campus and this hotel is very convenient. Just be aware that downtown Austin is not a safe place so a hotel like this one is worth every penny."
