"Nicely furnished, well equipped, spacious accommodation just a minute’s walk from St John’s river and 5 minutes from the ocean. We enjoyed using the bikes for a ride to the beach and the hot tub and fire pit on the terrace in the evening. Coffee pods and cookies on arrival were a lovely, welcome gesture. Would definitely stay again. "

"Terrible Experience – Extra Cleaning Charge for Pet Hair We Never Had I do NOT recommend this property. Everything seemed fine during our stay, but after checking out, they tried to charge us an extra cleaning fee for “pet hair.” This is completely unacceptable — we did not bring any pets, not even a pet with hair. "Sewer smell has not been fixed since it was reported in early May , bathroom smelled like a septic tank ,it was unusable so we used the one in the master bedroom . "
