The stay at the Royalton was great. I would definitely come back another time. The staff was amazing. The activities kept us going all trip. We never left the resort and never felt like there was a period where we needed to. The food was amazing and it was one of my best trips all because of the day.

The staff is warm and friendly,they were intentional on making you feel comfortable. The food and drink options could use an improvement. They're constantly running out of items and food taste consistently is disappointing. Overall I would say this is a 3 star resort, our return here is questionable

The service was excellent. Our butler Rae took care of our needs. Ersa the Diamond Club bar server made sure the drinks were flowing and her warm personality made our visit special. Danielle made my birthday special with her service provided in my cabana for the day. The food was great. The rooms were clean but would have enjoyed a larger room for Diamond Club. Terrific entertainment at the pool and evening shows. Would be nice to have drink servers at the show. preferred alcohol would not be available in the Diamond Club area at times. Great location with a short drive from the airport.

Our group of 8 stayed at Royalton Chic for carnival in Antigua this year. The hotel greeted us with rum punches and were welcoming upon check in. Overall, it was a nice stay on a beautiful resort. They had so many activities from the fire show, silent party, karaoke and a live band! The right on the beach option (with pools of fish gliding by you 😊) along with 2 onsite pools was right what the group needed. In comparison to previous stays in Antigua, I do think the hotel room was a bit on the smaller side. Our specific room stay was a party of 3 and it was tighter with the Royalton Chic than other Antiguan hotels. Also, the food options in the buffet was okay - I would’ve loved to see more authentic Antiguan foods and fruits but understand if that’s not what other visitors look for.

The resort was quiet, clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The one thing I did not like was the email I received prior to arrival asking me to choose my room and when I did there was an additional charge for doing so. However, I did get the type of room that I reserved upon arrival.
