"The hotel is situated in an excellent location just off Ken Mount Road close to all shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was really outdated and we had an issue with the sink clogging and backing up that left a smell in the room."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn by IHG was a pleasant one! Had no concerns with the quality of the room and amenities. I did however feel the staff could have been more helpful with assisting me with any questions or concerns as I opted to refer to Google instead."
