Fantastic location and nice clean rooms. However construction was going on right outside my room that started at 8am and woke me up. So please be aware that this is a possibility with the stay. But otherwise delightful and very safe.

L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale e molto comoda perché vicino al centro e alle fermate dei bus. A pochi passi si possono trovare decine di locali, discoteche e ristoranti ma, trovandosi in una via tranquilla, la notte non si viene disturbati dai rumori. La camera era carina, ben arredata e pulita con aria condizionata, mini frigorifero e bollitore. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato cortese e disponibile.

Das Personal war 24/7 erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und einen Balkon. Obwohl es in einer Seitenstraße liegt, war es trotzdem noch relativ laut - im Haus und auch von der Straße- vor allem Samstag Nacht. Ich bin allerdings auch sehr lärmempfindlich .

The place was clean, quiet, and available access to bus routes to see other parts of the island. AC cooled down the room in minutes after being off all day with the heat. Only downside is the construction on the outside of the balcony, so had to keep the blinds mostly closed in the morning.

Can't fault the hotel at all. Nice airy rooms, good-sized bathroom as well. Comfortable bed. The place was spotless. It's just a short walk to either the town centre or the harbour/bay.

Spacious room which was ideal for me (solo traveller) The hotel location is very good and is close to restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfast catered for many and the staff on reception were very helpful with any queries I had. I would recommend this hotel as it is great place to base yourself.

Great hotel. Very clean with clean towels daily. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room very spacious and included coffe and tea making facilities and a hairdryer. The location is central and only a short walk to the beach. There’s a bus stop 2 minutes walk away and this stop is for buses to most locations including the airport and all trips cost 2 euros. I am looking to return to Malta and this is the hotel I’d choose.

​We had a mixed experience at this hotel in St. Julian's. ​On a positive note, our room was spacious and clean overall, which we appreciated. However, several issues made our stay frustrating. Our AC was completely non-functional. We reported this to the reception, and they promised someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Also the towels provided in our bathroom had visible stains on them. The room had very poor sound insulation. Every morning, we were woken up early by noise coming from the kitchen/breakfast area downstairs, even though all our windows were tightly closed. The balcony was quite small and offered no view at all—we were essentially looking straight at a wall. Additionally, guests in the neighboring room were smoking constantly, so we couldn't even use our balcony due to the smoke drifting over. Overall, we expected a much better experience for our stay in Malta. We wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Rooms were very modern and well laid out. Access to the bus network was only a two minute walk from the hotel and many shops/bars were also within a 5 minute walk. The included continental breakfast was also great and to our surprise also contained cooked breakfast items like sausage, beans, scrambled eggs and bacon. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
