The location is central and close to the nightlife (which was a bit of a worry as we are not party animals), however we did not hear a peep from outside and we both slept incredibly well. We had a wonderful three night stay. Unfortunately we just returned for 1 more night abd service is very bad. They have refused to give us our gold reward bottle of wine and were very rude about it. Staff at reception this time have no clue and said gold rewards are not available to us.

The staff were very friendly and kind. Great customer service! The breakfast was good. Loved that they had freshly squashed orange juice every morning. Also loved that the hotel is inside the shopping hall, so everything is in walking distance.
