The shuttle bus did not pick us up at the airport as the hotel website claimed it would. We called the number provided and the second time my daughter called the driver, he yelled at my daughter. He screamed "I'm driving a bus with a cookie on it!" After an hour of waiting and a call to the hotel, the hotel clerk had also called the shuttle driver while I was attending the call on speaker phone. He hung up on the clerk, with an attitude. The clerk realized this driver was acting hostile, and tried to get us a Lyft. He was unable to obtain a code, so we called an Uber, and that was extra we had to spend. When we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle (with a cookie on it) was parked outside the front office, and the driver was inside telling the clerk we had never contacted him. I said you are talking about me. He muttered on his way out the door I should call next time I wanted to get picked up. We have the snapshots of the calls we made to the driver. The clerk said we would be compensated a set amount on our hotel room for our troubles. No compensation has been made at this time. We checked out on October19th, today is the 24th. We were there to attend the wedding of my great-niece, in a neighboring town.
