Stayed here for the weekend with my fam3f8r my daughters dance competition in st louis. It was a great hotel. Easy to find. Breakfast both days was great. The kids loved the pool. Room was clean and very welcoming. Woukd definitely recommend/ stsy again.

The room was fair. The bathtub had a hole, so they patched it. Pubic hair in tub. Our room was next to the elevator, so we heard bang the whole time we were there. We had 2 small service dogs with us. We have the papers and the whole smear. When we returned home, I checked my bank balance this evening. The hotel charged us $225.00 because the cleaning lady said they had to clean up dog crap. That was a lie. We walked the dogs. They are teacup yorkies they weigh 2 1/2 lbs., and 5 1/2 pounds. We even cleaned up our own trash put it in a trash bag outside our door when we left at 9:00 am this morning. We always do a very complete overlook before we ever leave any hotel. We stay at this holiday Inn in Troy, IL about 3 to 5 times a year. I'm very disappointed in how we are being treated. I guess we will have to stay somewhere else now. My husband is a veteran who has PTSD and these are his calming dogs.

We stayed 2 weekends in a row. The first the beds looked like a 5 year old made the beds. I’m The room had a foul odor and the cleanliness was questionable. The 2nd time the room smelled fresh as did the sheets. A totally different experience. We really liked the free breakfast. A very nice selection of hot and cold foods as well as fresh fruit and beverages.

Best place to stay for the area. Has a Cracker Barrel next door but that is it basically for food choices. Room was clean, brighter than most with lots of electrical outlets which was nice.
