Please take this listing off your website. Not only did I feel like my life was in jeopardyo on this property due to alert solicitors, I was not given a clean room and was only on the property for a total of 20 minutes before leaving terrified and upset.

Please see other reviews about being confronted by staff about not enjoying my stay because the condition of the room it also needs to be said that I was moved after asking no less than 10 times I had to actually come down to the desk and tell them that I would like to move before I pay for the room which you can understand is a very big inconvenience, but they did not enjoy my review

OK, so I previously wrote some honest reviews about a room that I was in for almost a month over November and December. My birthday was in November and December obviously it’s Christmas. It was a subpar room at Best and after writing the review I got grilled by management at the property. I understand if they were trying to make it better, which is what one of the gentleman was trying to do when he confronted me about the review but then a day later, the female manager decided to lay into me that I didn’t need to continue my stay if I didn’t want to, which was at Best cryptic in nature at worst, she was telling me to leave. I never had a problem before at this hotel with the staff other than the cleaning women I won’t talk about that, but I’m hoping that my stays better this time because I’ve had really nice rooms there and had extremely relaxing and a nice time when the room is well kept here’s to hoping that my stay that’s upcoming is much better than Christmas and my birthday….. to the staff, please try to understand it wasn’t you I was reviewing it was the quality of Room… which I need to also mention was extremely ridiculous that the next day after staying there for almost a month Solid never happen to check out and check back in. They somehow didn’t get my booking and tried to make me leave for two hours and then come back, which means that I would’ve had to completely pack up my room walk out of the room for two or three hours and then come back that was definitely bad

Yes Balcony have a refreshing skyline. Air conditioning is quiet and keeps the rm cool and heated its offen not used because the rm holds good temperatures. Staff is very considerate and respects your space. Rm are well maintained, Very quiet safe establishment.

The room was clean, the location was great (our son had an appointment at Cardinal Glennon) and the staff was very kind and courteous. Our bed, which was a king, was very comfortable! The only problem was the smell of marijuana in the hallway, which wafted into our room. Also, our room had a sofa sleeper which was uncomfortable due to a very thin mattress.

The Balcony door did not lock. Requested housekeeping and never cleaned the room. Said under new management, should put a sign at the lobby saying housekeeping is limited etc. Do not disregard a request when a someone tells fron desk in person. The room is nice and clean. The front desk staff was very kind to give us a better room with less smell after we moved from the first room that had a strong smoke odor. He takes good care of us!

Used to be a really nice hotel. It’s definitely not worth the prices that they’re charging now but maintenance in the room is poor and housekeeping is very minimal. The elevator works when it wants to do as well.

Not enough amenities as they advertised. They were asking $50 for early check-in which was not mentioned in the listing. We had to wait almost an hour after driving 5-6 hours for free early check in. Complimentary check in is an industry norm and no one extorts aur even mentions a fee. The room stank, and we asked for a room freshener which arrived after almost an hour and they demanded that we return it in a few mins (the person waited outside). The internet did not work for more than couple of hours as well. This should be looked at. Moreover, the walls were so thin that we could hear “everything” from room next door.

Yes, All The Above, My Family And I Have Been Displaced Here At The Forest Park Hotel For 8months. Everyone Has Been A Blessing To Us. Corneice, Dolton, Erin, Daniel And Ana, Just Some Familiar Names To Mention.There Rates Are Reasonable With Amazing Housekeepers As Well. The Staff Is Filled With Hardworking People That Was Kind And Helpful The Entire Time.
