Our family loved staying at this hotel. We stayed for a weekend trip to St Louis and it was in the perfect location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub! We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The front desk clerk was really helpful and knowledgeable about the city and had good digestions abs opinions on fun locations with little ones and for adults she was amazing. Most of the issues were the room, very unclean, dirty dishes, and the dishwasher mold on the ceiling, boogers and stuff all over the walls. If it wasn’t super super late already we definitely would not have stayed the couch even smelled like mildew and the AC unit cover when it stay on Just definitely needs to be updated and the lobby looks great but once you get to the room not so much the breakfast was good though, and the staff were friendly

Hotel front desk staff was wonderful especially arriving later in the evening. The room(s) great and spacious! The workout area far exceeded expectation! We had planned on the pool, however there was no time. It isn't heated. Near all the things we were there to do! Will use this hotel for future travels when in the area!

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, lots of options and great quality. The only issues were that, since we were on the 10th floor, it took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. When we asked for new towels, we were told to come down to the reception to pick them up.
