I really appreciated the help Ashley gave me upon arrival to the hotel. She is very professional and has such a warm and friendly presence, which was welcoming. I was sad to see that on Monday, upon arriving back to the hotel, (later that evening) our room had never been cleaned. We asked Amanda, whom was working the front desk, if we could have trash liners. She told us that if we needed our room cleaned, we would have to notify the front desk. This was not something that I had ever heard of, but policies change. We then had a very nice lady, come up to my husband, to let him know that they were short staffed. This made more sense, and I had no problem helping to clean my own space. When asking the same girl at the desk for clean towels, it was almost an act of congress to get them. This is however no reflection on how wonderful my visit was at this beautiful hotel and how awesome Ashley made our stay.

The staff here are top notch for me! From my first interaction via phone with Katie at the Front Desk to every member of the service teams (cleaning, breakfast, etc) they were friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with. I arrived late and my boyfriend even later and the night staff member was helpful and assisted us in getting checked in. The breakfast has so many options and the fresh berries and warm breakfast were my faves. If we ever come this way again for work I would not hesitate to book again.

Had a great stay! Rooms are small but super clean and updated. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was very good and the customer service at the desk and during breakfast was perfect! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Really liked our stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and nice. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The hotel is not far from a lot of fun activities and shopping so it was a good location.

Wow! Amazing staff!!!
We arrived at 9pm on a Thursday night and greeted by Kathy at the front desk. There were 3 in our group and we were put in rooms next to each other despite not booking together. The rooms were clean, looked updated, and Kathy was so inviting. Our stay was two night so we spent some time in the hotel. Everyone we encountered that worked there greeted us warmly and asked talked to us. It was an amazing stay, i would come back
