Hotel was clean and convenient for I70 travelers. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had limited options but did the job. We would consider this hotel again.

When I arrived, Beth at the front desk was very informative about the amenities of the facility and the times they were available. I was told they were doing some construction and to forgive the mess. When I got to my room, I immediately noticed the cracks in the ceiling, chips in the sink, and holes in the wall from the removal of something. There was also some sort of adhesive residue on the headboard of my bed. I also noticed there was not a drain plug for the bathtub if I wanted to take a bath. Nonetheless, I stayed in my room. I had breakfast the next morning and there were only a few items to choose from. There were some apples, toast, two kinds of cereal, juice, coffee, biscuits and gravy, and some prepackaged cinnamon rolls. All in all, it wasn’t the worst nor the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Its fine. Clean rooms and comfy beds. It does the job of a budget hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was acceptable though a little skimpy. Like most Super 8s, rooms are renovated but much of original stuff is just painted over or covered.

1. Upon entering the room it smelled of smoke-was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. 2. There were two very small pillows for double bed and had no “fluff” 3. There was no elevator and we were placed on upstair floor 4. Upon coming to room 2nd day could not get back into room and had to climb down and up stairs to get key fixed with no apologies from staff 5. Only one wash cloth for two guests

Thank you for the review. I believe you are a review for a wrong hotel. This hotel does have an elevator and it has only 3 floors not 4 floors.

Clerk at check-in was friendly and helpful. Lobby was small and kind of outdated. Bed was comfortable. Desk chair and carpet were stained. Coffee wasn't very good. Good variety of restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for an overnight getaway with my boyfriend. Definitely a great place to go when on a budget! ( Can find deals on Expedia) Room was very nice! ( But for the stains on ceiling from something leaking) The king size bed was very comfy to sleep on! And the worker at the front desk was really nice ! Let us borrow a cork screw opener for the wine we bought from a store. Will definitely come back when we are looking for a nice but inexpensive room to stay in!

Took some time to wait for checkin however once the process started it was fast friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean and had everything for a 1 night stay. The bed was very firm and u comfort (lumpy) neither I nor my hunsband slept well. Breakfast was a skip. We checked it out and there was no options. Toast eggs cereal. Didnt look fresh. However the area around the hotel has a lot of great breakfast options. So all in all for the price it coule be better but a lot worse. 1 night stay ok! 2 nights nope!

It was a convenient place to stay for my son and me to attend my brother’s visitation and funeral. The person or persons in the room above had a habit of stomping when they walked which was annoying.

Was this the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in? No Was this the worst hotel I’ve stayed in? No It was clean and did the job at the price point I wanted to pay. Was in town for one night for sons college sporting event and was looking for somewhere to sleep for a night. Restaurant right across parking lot was good and breakfast at hotel was your usual B & G and scrambled eggs etc Would I stay here again? Absolutely

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 8.2 RATING IS A JOKE
The front desk lady was the only thing pleasant about our stay. The faucet in the room dropped loudly all day and night, the toilet would only flush half the time, the A/C/heater squealed and made a knocking noise, and there was what appeared to be termites coming from the wall connecting the bathroom wall to the hallway wall. The front desk lady said she was going to call maintenance cause they were fully booked and didn’t have another room at the time and about 2 hours later the “manager” came and took the lid off the toilet and asked it the water was full when the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then he proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong from what he could tell while the sink was still dripping, but that the parts were all on back order and there was nothing he could do. I asked him how he knew they were back ordered since he said there was no problem in his eyes. To which he stated what do you want me to do lady you can leave and we will refund you one night but you will be charged for the rest even if we leave. Then he left and had the front desk call me to tell me I would need to contact Hotels.com since we weee leaving even though we never said that. They offered to move us to a smaller room that wouldn’t work for us and on the last night of our stay the elevator fell from the 3rd floor all the way to the basement with us and our friends with their special needs son as we were leaving for dinner. The elevator was out of order and we had to unpack via the stairs to leave.

We are sorry that you seemed to have bad bad experience at our hotel but we checked everything we could, You never had complained to manager about elevator and we did not have any issue with elevator as we did not get any complaint from other guest as we had full house. Manager came to your room and checked the toilet in front of the guest. it was working fine. We still offered to change in to different room and you insisted not to move. We also gave you option for refund for the remaining of your stay, if you had decided to leave. because your room was prepaid at hotel.com. We had to refund to hotel.com and you had to get refund from them where you paid. That was the best we could do at that time. You decided to stay for the remaining days. you never had any complaint during the time. Again we apologize for your inconvenience.

Don’t stop Keep driving.
We had two separate rooms in one of the rooms. My son took a bath, and then the water would not turn off. I had to go get help from the front desk. Our other room in the bathroom had bugs crawling several bugs crawling around in it. The bathroom sink at a drip that would not stop. The ice machine was broken and the free breakfast sucks.! I was not expecting a five star hotel or a fancy breakfast, but I did expect ice. no bugs, and the faucets to work.

I really enjoyed Beth. She checked me in and when I left. She was very nice and helpful. As far as my room goes it was clean and organized. Just a few cosmetic issues I seen but nothing to prevent me from staying there again.

This hotel is dirty, stinky and Noisy. The breakfast provided at the hotel was nasty. There was limited parking in the hotel lot. I would NOT recommend anything stay here.

Guy at front desk was nice. Got about 2 hrs of sleep cause pot was being smoked below us or in hallway or nextvto us. Waste of money ! Should have just slept in my vehicle,!
