"Continental breakfast was horrible. Waffles, toast ,bagels, cereal, and Swiss rolls were there and that’s it. No plates to put “food” on. No protein or fruit available. Not even peanut butter for some type of protein. When we checked out there was a video kiosk to check out at. Nobody was at the front desk. The only plus was that the room was clean. Not even an ice machine on premises but they give you an ice bucket? Never will I stay there again."

I waited more than half an hour till somebody came back. I was given another room and the TV could not get a signal even though it worked. I finally gave up. The bed had only a sheet with a throw cover on top. There was no blanket! The room was not properly cleaned and did not have any tissues. When I asked for some I...

"There’s nothing to like about this property. It was filthy. The photos they share of the property are misleading. Random noises that no one can explain. There were bugs and animal feces in the beds. "They charged me $57 when the “fee” Mimi insisted upon was supposed to be $36. She didn’t explain what this charge was for. There were rips in the dust ruffle and holes in the coverlet. It SMELLED LIKE DOG! Especially in the bathroom and air freshener did NOTHING. I had requested a bathtub, which went unanswered. Mimi didn’t offer me another room. I felt unsafe there. Scotty was very kind and agreed I should have been treated better. I have requested my money be returned but haven’t heard...

"The room had a floral perfume like smell to it which causes me migraines. There was no mirror in the bathroom which was weird. Hard to figure out how to do my hair. Only one mirror in the whole room and it was in a poorly lit area. The curtains didn't hang right do it let the light from the outside lights in the room.
