"The lobby staff was very helpful and the breakfast was acceptable and clean. The issue we had was with housekeeping. Our beds were not made (we had a 2 room suite), trash was not removed (we had it in OUR trash bags because there wasn’t enough of there’s), supplies were not refilled. We had to get toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee pods from the front desk. We told the front desk staff about it and it still was not done. Location was great with access to restaurants and stores."

"The rooms and the hotel were very clean and bright. The stars very friendly and the breakfast was excellent! "

"Nise clean place. With nice staff. My only complaint was the toilets are so small. I'm 6ft. So not that big. I joked with wife. Look at the (baby)kids toilets. But really did make my back hurt."

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "

"I strongly urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, especially given the circumstances. We were coming into town for my father’s funeral and checked in late at night. We were exhausted and had nowhere else to go, so we tried to just sleep and get through the night. The condition of the room was immediately concerning. There were holes in the walls, visible garbage, strange stains throughout, and half of the fixtures did...

"Bedsheet had a hole in it, but did look clean. The bathtub and bathroom in general are not in good condition at all. The microwave has not been cleaned. Other than that. It did look at least clean. I had stayed there once before the room was in a much better condition than this one, but this day was a little disappointing. For what they charge I would expect a little bit better conditions."
