"The Standard Is a great property! The view, the corner King room, the location—awesome! The only negative is that Hyatt does not give points for stays when bookings are through Expedia."

"Great hotel in amazing location! Our only complaint was that the pull out bed on the couch that our son slept in was extremely uncomfortable which is unfortunate - pull out beds have come a long way and there are now comfortable options which Broadway Plaza Hotel should consider investing in, especially since they charge a surcharge for extra persons. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

"The staff was great, but the iPad based TV control did not function reliably for the duration of our stay. I doubt there is anything the staff could have directly done to fix this since it seemed to be more of a hardware/software issue than one of the staff themselves. Overall a great location, the rooftop bar was gorgeous with one of the best views I’ve seen of Manhattan."

"Great hotel located close to SoHo, Bowery, Chinatown, and NoLita. Great views from upper floors. Rooms are nice, the king suite deluxe is highly recommended. 3 blocks from subway and you can get anywhere. This will be my top choice for all my NYC stays!"

"Only one thing,as a frequent visitor to NYC my stay in Kixby was not so restful at night because the air conditioning unit was beside my bed and air was blowing down on me I practically have to cover my face with pillows to sleep. But the mattress and covers were soft and warm enough which allowed me to have some sleep other than that, I loved how housekeeping responded quickly when I asked for something. Shower was invigorating. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Thanks. Love NYC always"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the room was super small. No kiosk to scan barcode at although my email stated they had one so I had to wait in line to check in. A bit noisy in the morning. Enough to wake me out my sleep."

"The first 2 days the housekeeper came at 9 am which is 6 am our time and we were sleeping. I asked her to come back in an hour and she never did. The next 2 days she came the room was barely cleaned. I liked the decor but the speckled mirror wasn’t ideal as we wanted a useful Mirror and the glass door to the bathroom let in light when someone was sleeping and someone else wanted to use the bathroom. The guys at the desk were very friendly and helped us when we were leaving."
