"The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either."

"We arrived and were greeted by one of the staff who let us in and showed us to our room, directed us to where the hot tub was and allowed us to get settled in. This is a traditional B&B where there are a few rooms with guests, communal areas and an amazing and filling breakfast. Breakfast was served plated style with many options along the way. "The property is old and run down and could do with major renovations but it's kept well and the unit was clean. It's a perfect very cheap place for a stay if you don't have high expectations Despite being on the main Street in stratford, it's far enough back that it was totally quiet The front desk staff was very helpful and polite."

"Bruce, the owner, was amazingly helpful and has done an exceptionally inspirational renovation of the building; we also toured the 1 and 2 bedroom suites. Easy access to all the theatres and restaurants in Stratford. Highly recommended"
