"The room smelled musty, there was water leaking from somewhere, the room had patch spots that were not painted and the room had a humidifier in it to apparently get rid of the smell. Also, the telephone in the room did not work and neither did the television remote, it took the guy at night three times to find a working remote for my room. The air conditioning unit had duct tape on the front of it to hold it together. The toilet seat was broken because when you go to sit on it, it would slide...

"This property was extremely underwhelming to say the least. Upon arrival I was given just my checking card and it had two different room numbers written on the card when I asked which one was to clarify the hotel manager looked at me not at his head and pointed a direction I said okay so is this number and he just nodded his head and pointed again. And then walking into the room there was dead bugs in the bed sheets cigarette Burns everywhere mildew all over the walls it was a disgusting Hotel I...

"The staff stood out as everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast lady went out of their way to greet and ask about any concerns. The room amenities were a little disappointing, but the overall experience distanced that. I think you will pay much less than a full service hotel with their upgraded amenities, but the price difference equals or exceeds the slightly different amenities provided by a much more expensive hotel."
