"Breakfast could use more options but it was still a convenience that we didn’t have to pay elsewhere, and it was still good. Staff are friendly. Beds are little hard but not too bad. Overall it was a great stay."

"The cleanliness of the room, the floor was stained under the bed and hair on the floor in the in the bathroom. There is not enough space in the restroom for your stuff. The sheets and towels need to be upgraded to new ones."

"The person in charge of the breakfast was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I forget her name, but she was great! She even explained how to take a dirt side road to get around the blocked streets due to the parade!"

"Well maintained historic hotel. It can be a bustling atmosphere and the staff manage it well. Old time gated elevator operates efficiently and our room was quite spacious. Breakfast was mediocre. French toast was only kissed with egg dip and ended up being very dry, plain bread."
