A superb hotel which must be praised for the friendly attention and professional assistant of all the international team.

I Love it

We had an absolutely magical time at The Omnia. Zermatt is already an incredible destination — especially in mid-February — but what truly made our short vacation unforgettable was our stay at this exceptional hotel The Omnia!! The property itself is beautifully modern, with high-quality amenities and a stunning room offering breathtaking views. Above all, the level of service was genuinely five-star. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From...

A high end hotel with space to spread out in the public areas but also many good size rooms with balconies if you want privacy. You sometimes need to search out staff with questions or to get help but once you do then nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent next to the Matterhorn Express and 5-10 minutes walk to the Sunnega Funicular (or you can catch the free shuttle bus if you have a lift pass). Breakfast is very good and there are complementary sweet and savoury snacks laid on...

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

A short walk from the station, very welcoming staff and a great breakfast.

Very pretty hotel perfect service, I 'll come back soon!

Great hotel

A couple of minutes walk from the rail link to Zermatt .Chargeable parking under hotel. Nice draught beer. Nice bedrooms.

Excellent value for money. You will love Hotel Alex. Great service. Amazing Spa, Tasty breakfast.

This hotel was everything I dreamed. The rooms were stunning, beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony on the second floor. Breakfast and our evening meal in the restaurant were both lovely, with a wide choice for breakfast options. We enjoyed some time in the indoor pool and spa. Everything from the shower to the crackling fireplace on the TV screensaver was just perfection and it helped make our trip to Zermatt even more magical and...

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was really modern, neat and relaxing. Had great mountain views.

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

The perfect choice of hotel for skiing in Zermatt! Right in the heart of the main town close to all amenities, ski lifts (walking distance/free bus) & the old town wooden barns which are so picturesque. The entire town is actually! Despite it's location rooms were totally quiet & we had a great view of the Matterhorn too! The hotel is a very traditional building from the outside & the bar/restaurant areas have a gorgeous rustic feel like a ski lodge. Big roaring fire, thoughtfully styled and...

Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow.

Very good value for money, close to the station. A nice modern building, slightly overlooked by nearby buildings but not a big issue. The balcony was relaxing. Excellent soundproofing, good shower pressure, adequate breakfast. Staff were helpful. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Great room. Great service. Great breakfast. Great indoor pool.

Friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy. Central location.
