"Overall, a disappointment. We've stayed at the Island Grand before and it was fantastic. The Rumfish, no so much.
1. We did not get the upgraded villa we reserved and paid for, because "none were available". No compensation.
2. There was no hot water for 2 of our 5 days, due to maintenance on another unit.

"This place is right on the beach. Only 75 rooms all with beachfront views. We have stayed here at least once a year since they opened. Low key, exceptional location. On the strip ( gulf blvd.) everything you need is within 1-2 miles. Great beach bar / food service by Tasha she makes lunch/ drink special. You have FREE.. beach chairs and umbrella at the beach everyday. Alex.. Austin … great service / setting us up everyday.
Can’t wait for our next trip in February…. Thanks beach house suites...
